Adaptiwise AIBook a walkthrough

The work around the appointment, in one place.

Booking software for clinics, salons and studios. Message, book, get paid, and earn the review, on one contact record.

The Adaptiwise calendar: one column per practitioner for a Wednesday at a physiotherapy clinic, with appointments coloured by state.

Every one of those is a service the engine already schedules, with its own length, price, deposit and room.

Four things happen around every appointment.

They are the reason a booking tool on its own never quite finishes the job. Here they are, on the screens where they actually happen.

  1. 01

    Book

Your page offers the times you can genuinely take, worked out against each practitioner’s hours, the room, and how long the service runs.

Choosing a time on the public booking page: free slots grouped into morning and afternoon, in the clinic’s own timezone.
  2. 02

    Remind

A confirmation, a reminder before the visit, and a link that reschedules in one tap. Eight of them, each a switch. Reply STOP is honoured.

The Reminders screen: eight automations with on and off switches, beside a preview of the SMS and the email that go out under the clinic’s own name.
  3. 03

    Pay

A deposit at the time of booking, or the balance after. Cash, transfers and insurance land on the same record as the card.

The Payments screen: everyone who has finished today and what each of them still owes, ready to check out.
  4. 04

    Review

Ask once the visit is done, from the record that already knows who came in, who saw them, and what they have spent with you.

A customer record: lifetime value, visits, no-shows and average spend, above their details and the tabs for visits, messages and notes.

Providers run in sandbox until a business connects a sending domain, a phone number and a payment account. Until then Adaptiwise AI writes and records every message and every charge, and nothing reaches a customer.

The public booking page: the clinic’s name, its services and prices, the soonest availability and its opening hours.
The same page on a phone.

Your customers see a page, not a product.

It carries your name, your services, your prices and your practitioners. One link, so it goes wherever you already are: your website, your Google listing, a card on the counter.

No app to download and no account to create. A booking takes about thirty seconds and lands on the calendar before the tab is closed.

One screen that answers whether today is under control.

How many are booked, what the day is worth before anybody pays, how full the chairs are, how many people did not turn up last month, and then the day itself in order.

The Today screen: today’s bookings, expected revenue, utilisation and no-show rate, above the day’s appointments in time order.

Studio is the part that runs without you.

Eight automations sit behind Booking: the confirmation, the two reminders, the deposit chase, the review request, the win-back, the waitlist text when a slot opens, and the note that says you are running late. Each one is a switch, and each one writes to the same record as everything else.

Half an hour, with your services, your hours and your staff in it. If it does not fit your business, we would rather tell you than sell you.
